Midnight Sleep Walk video

In this video mum Helen talks openly about some of the difficulties of caring for her son who has cerebral palsy. It often strikes us that mums and dads of life-limited children rarely consider what they're doing to be very special. They love their children and so caring for them day in and day out, rarely getting a full night's sleep, and then waking up to take care of the rest of the family seems perfectly normal. But when we see the sacrifices they make to ensure their children have the best quality of life we realise they're very special people indeed.

The video also contains footage of Candice. She is just one of the dedicated Tŷ Hafan staff caring for the children when they visit the hospice, which gives mum the chance to get some much deserved rest!
